Monarch Investment and Management Group in Middletown, OH is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our multifamily communities. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC tasks, respond to work orders, and join an on-call rotation.

We offer competitive pay ($22-24/hr) plus quarterly bonuses up to $750, on-call bonus, tuition and tool reimbursements, PTO, and housing discounts. HVAC/EPA certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred.
• 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance.
• Plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• EPA Universal certification and HVAC repair experience a plus.
• CPO Certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of appliances including washers and dryers.
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties during interview.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy.
• Complete repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

Formação académica

Schedule:

8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)

Compensation:

$22-24 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750
