Monarch is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Pavilion Lakes Apartments in Evansville, IN. This full-time, on-site role oversees maintenance operations and ensures efficient turnover of apartments while partnering with property management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance or facilities, leadership experience, HVAC certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. Benefit-rich package includes bonuses, 401k match, paid time off, and health plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hands on HVAC Experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and work orders for Pavilion Lakes Apartments
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate apartment turns
• Assist with HVAC tasks as needed and ensure safety standards
• Support property management and contribute to budgeting and preventative maintenance

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications

• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
• Hands on HVAC Experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
