Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Chestnut Ridge Apartments in Baton Rouge, LA. This full-time, on-site role offers a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour plus annual bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional on-call duties.

You will complete work orders, prepare units between residents, perform paint, staining and light carpentry, and handle preventative maintenance and exterior repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience
• 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• HVAC repair experience and EPA certification required
• Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days

Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chestnut Ridge Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 an hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM plus on-call responsibility
