Qualifications
- Experience in apartment/property/building maintenance.
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
