• Residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computing skills and ability to use mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and document work performed.
• Repair and maintain appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform carpentry, painting and unit refurbishments as needed.
• Assist with custodial and groundskeeping tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy following make-ready checklists.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.
• Document preventive maintenance activities and inventory usage.
