Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior upkeep, respond to resident service requests, and troubleshoot issues. The role supports a safe, well-maintained living environment across our communities and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ideal candidates bring basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, plus strong customer service and communication skills. On-call and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for assisting residents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including on-call hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform routine interior/exterior maintenance and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain and repair community equipment (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Notify supervisor of maintenance concerns on vacant units and hazards.
• Ensure safety and privacy when entering resident apartments.
