Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience.
• Performs routine interior and exterior community maintenance as scheduled and requested; may include painting.
