Job summary

Tribute Companies in Ladson, SC is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC and apartment turns, ensuring community features run smoothly. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare homes for move-ins while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years of general maintenance, HVAC/EPA certification is a plus, ability to lift and use hand/power tools, and must

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday; On-call duty rotation.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Keep the community running smoothly with daily maintenance and preventative tasks.
Diagnose and repair issues to keep apartments and common areas in excellent condition.
Prepare apartment homes for move-in by completing turns and ensuring a clean, welcoming space.
