Tribute Companies in Ladson, SC seeks an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to help keep our garden-style community running smoothly. You will perform daily and preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turns, ensuring units and common areas remain in excellent condition.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year general maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics; own basic tools; and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday. On-call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $25 to $27 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
