Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification is required.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required).
• Electrical repairs.

• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
