You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare homes for move-ins while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday; On-call duty rotation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Your Role:

• Keep the Community Running Smoothly: Perform daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep
• Diagnose and Repair Issues: Tackle maintenance requests efficiently and ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition.
• Prepare Apartment Homes for Move-In: Complete apartment turns that create a clean, welcoming home for new residents.
• Protect the Community's Assets: Conduct preventative maintenance to help maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning property.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $25 to $27 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
