Qualifications

• Six months of hands-on apartment maintenance or similar experience.
• Experience in unit make-ready, repairs, and basic groundskeeping.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own basic maintenance tools for daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work autonomously or in a team.
• HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification proof (Type 1, 2, 3, Universal, or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of apartment/property maintenance and HVAC experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive maintenance duties encompassing electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and painting projects.
