Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of our California properties. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units for occupancy, and help maintain building exteriors and grounds while adhering to safety policies.

You will operate hand and power tools, manage supplies, and respond to maintenance requests, including on-call duties. OSHA standards and company procedures guide every task to ensure a safe, professional

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Effective communication skills.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Handle all lock-outs and 24-hour response to service requests.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
