Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the property's upkeep, repair units, and manage supplies. The role requires hands-on use of tools, OSHA adherence, and being on-call for 24-hour service requests.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, reporting issues, and ensuring a professional appearance. Eligible candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge and prior handyman experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is required.
• Experience with property maintenance/handyman tasks.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Be available for on-call work and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
