Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property operations and upkeep. You will perform daily repairs, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and maintain supplies while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, operate hand and power tools, and are available for on-call work as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman tasks.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Toby daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and report unusual circumstances.
• Maintain professional uniform and comply with OSHA standards.
• Respond to on-call service requests and secure maintenance areas.
