Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property teams. You will perform daily repair and upkeep, prep vacant units, and help keep buildings safe and presentable.

The role requires experience in property maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge, basic hand and power tool use, and the ability to follow written or oral instructions. On-call availability and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep vacant units.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and in good working order.
• Respond to service requests and on-call needs.
• Ensure maintenance shops are secured and safety policies followed.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
