Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and unit preparation for occupancy in California. The role emphasizes safety, tool management, and timely repairs to sustain a high standard of living for residents.

The successful candidate will have experience with handyman tasks, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical aspects, and will work on-site with an on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to operate hand and power tools.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure tools are available.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and secure maintenance areas.
• Respond to service requests promptly and manage lock-outs when needed.
