PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our apartment communities. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond promptly to service requests, and help keep the property safe, clean and well-maintained for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of maintenance experience, weekend/holiday availability, and EPA Type I/II certification preferred. Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred in apartment industry.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the community safe, clean and well-maintained.
• Complete service requests thoroughly and timely.
• Assist with inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and accurate records.
• Support on-call rotation for emergency service.
