Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties in Temple, TX. You will diagnose and repair defects, perform routine preventive maintenance, and complete make-readies for new move-ins to ensure quality, safety, and curb appeal.

The position requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, technical training, and a valid driver's license, with AC certification I/II preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and basic repair work.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units and move-ins.
• Follows procedures to access materials and track inventory.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Supports cost-saving and efficient use of parts and materials.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
