AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Lenox Village Town Center in Nashville, TN. The role is full-time and hourly, with a focus on timely maintenance and resident satisfaction to ensure move-in readiness and ongoing service quality.

Formación

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks as needed.
• Reliable mode of transportation for emergency service requests.
• Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns to make the apartment ready for the next resident’s move-in experience.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (troubleshoot/repair/replace plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary based on team needs, systems, and season.
