Pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour plus benefits and growth opportunities. The position requires 3+ years in maintenance, including multi-family housing, with preferred HVAC/EPA and optional CPO certifications.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.

Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPO Certification preferred
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
