Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Lakeview Estates in Parkersburg, WV. This full-time, on-site role involves making ready apartments between residents, handling maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements include HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification, ability to turnover units, and painting/staining tasks. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work 40 hours weekly.

Maintenance Supervisor | Parkersburg, WV | Full-Time | On-Site Multifamily Housing | Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $25.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience

What We Need from you:
