Whisper Hollow Apartments, a Monarch Investment community in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, coordinate Make Ready/Turn for new move-ins, and uphold safety and quality standards across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliance systems.

You will partner with the Property Manager on budgeting and planning, implement preventive maintenance programs, mentor technicians, participate in an on-call schedule, and contribute to

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning.
• Lead the preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.
