Whisper Hollow Apartments, a Monarch Investment community in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and oversee Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC expertise, and strong leadership. The role includes on-call rotation, budgeting collaboration, and comprehensive benefits from Monarch Investment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily (preferred).
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor on-site maintenance team.
• Lead Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Manage preventive maintenance program with Property Manager.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks).
• Assist in budgeting and planning for maintenance needs.
