Odin Properties LLC seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified) to lead our maintenance team and oversee resident work orders. You will support the property manager, inspect work quality, and guide staff to set priorities for timely completions.

Ideal candidates have EPA Type 2 certification, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site position includes a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified) to manage our maintenance team! The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor's role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to supervise maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.
