Job summary

Odin Properties in Frankfort, KY is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified) to lead our maintenance team and ensure timely completion of resident work orders.

You will supervise staff, inspect workmanship, prioritize work orders, and support the property manager to maintain high standards across the property.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years supervisory experience, EPA Type 2 certification, and hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in a relevant Supervisory role.
• Experienced in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification.
• Effective leader and communicator; hands-on team player; able to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and manage the fulfillment of resident work orders.
• Inspect the quality of maintenance work performed and set work order priorities.
• Provide support to the property manager and coordinate maintenance activities.

About this position

Description: Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified) to manage our maintenance team! The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor's role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to supervise maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.

Requirements
