Job summary

Monarch, a family-owned multifamily housing operator, is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician in Toledo, OH for full-time, on-site work. You will perform general apartment and property maintenance, respond to service requests, and drive between sites.

We offer $18–$20 per hour, annual raises up to 5%, quarterly bonuses up to $3,000, 401k with up to $4,000 match, medical, life and dental insurance, nine paid holidays, generous PTO, tool reimbursement up to $500, and boot/pants allowances.
