Job summary

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus.
• Trade school or industry certifications a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment unit turnovers.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support.
• Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Keep grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Ensure property is safe and meets code requirements.
• Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Clean and maintain common areas.
• Order maintenance supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and attend required training.
