Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently and ensure curb appeal is maintained.
• Complete daily resident work orders and be available for after-hours on call.
• Assist neighboring properties and travel for regional/corporate training as required.
• Work with HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards and maintain safety on site.
