Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• EPA HVAC I & II and CPO certifications (required).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).
• Own basic set of hand tools (required).
• Read service requests and schedules; communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work weekends and emergencies as required.
• Adhere to policies and maintain professional relationships.
• Travel within metro areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
