CWS Apartment Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician to enhance the community’s integrity while delivering excellent customer service. You will prepare make-ready apartments, complete service requests, maintain common areas, and participate in safety and risk programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications are required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
