Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the integrity of our communities while delivering outstanding resident service. You will perform make-ready apartments, complete service requests, and manage preventative maintenance tasks to ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, inventory control, and collaboration with residents, vendors and staff. A valid driver's license, basic tools, and EPA/HVAC certifications are required or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• EPA/HVAC certifications (required to operate and service systems).
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Able to read service requests in English and communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
