CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance community integrity while delivering excellent resident service. You will handle make-ready tasks, service requests, and daily maintenance to ensure safety standards across properties.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA/HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications, a valid driver’s license, and basic tools. The company offers robust benefits and growth opportunities across a national portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications required.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.
• Own basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and in emergencies as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to travel to other properties as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments
• Complete service requests
• Perform common area maintenance
• Maintain inventory and shop organization
• Participate in preventative maintenance program
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs
