Job summary

The Carroll Companies in High Point, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diverse community maintenance tasks, handle service requests from residents, and upgrade vacant apartments to market-ready status. You will uphold professional conduct and deliver exceptional customer service while addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements include 3+ years of general maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training a plus.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)
• CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.
• Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies

Responsibilities

• Resident Champion: Respond promptly to service requests and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Multi-Talented Craftsman: Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliances repairs.
• Professional & Reliable: Represent ARI Apartment Management professionally, communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors, and be available for after-hours emergencies
