NHE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to oversee physical assets, perform repairs, and manage make-readies at a Hendersonville, NC community. You will assist in budget monitoring, inventory, and scheduling, with some weekend/on-call hours.

The role offers potential for promotion to Maintenance Supervisor and requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and reliable problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years general maintenance experience and/or 2-year multi-family experience.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification and boiler/plumbing/HVAC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to service calls.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance activities for the apartment community with other staff.
• Coordinate make-readies, work orders, and resident requests.
• Inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools and appliances.
• Manage preventive maintenance and assist with budgets and supplies.
• Ensure safety and report hazardous conditions promptly.
