Job summary

NHE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an apartment community in Goose Creek, SC. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, pools, appliances, and other items to keep units ready for occupancy.

The role requires coordinating with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, managing work orders, and maintaining a safe environment while meeting deadlines. Weekend and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances repair capability.
• EPA refrigerant certification is required/preferred for upgrade work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and make-readies for apartment units.
• Coordinate with supervisors for work orders and schedules.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
