NHE, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to oversee the physical assets of an apartment community, conduct repairs, and perform preventive maintenance. The role includes making-readies for new residents, coordinating work orders, and supporting budget monitoring while occasionally promoting to Maintenance Supervisor.

Flexibility for weekends, on-call, and holidays is required. The Technician II will work under the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor,

Competenze

• Prior apartment maintenance experience required.
• Must troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, pools/spa equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and means of transportation for service calls.
• EPA certified to purchase and recover refrigerant.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or trade preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform maintenance activities for the apartment community with other maintenance staff.
• Coordinate weekly make-ready and Work Order schedules with supervisors.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and ensure repairs are completed for occupancy.
• Assist with hazardous weather responses and routine equipment maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budget planning for supplies.
