NHE, Inc (N&H Enterprises) is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Camden Pointe Apartments in Mocksville, NC. You will support the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with repairs, preventive maintenance, and resident service requests, including on-call coverage and potential advancement to Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires EPA Certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Qualifikationen

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, pools/spas, and other property systems.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Camden Pointe Apartments - Mocksville, NC

Position Summary

The Apartment Maintenance Technician supports the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical assets, including repairs, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep. This role assists with budgeting, inventory management, vendor coordination, and resident service requests. Flexibility is required for on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage, with potential advancement to Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, pools, and other community systems.

• Participate in after-hours emergency and on-call rotations.
