Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, and safety checks.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction with timely completions.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness, addressing issues promptly.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance duties according to protocol.
