Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff, ensure safe and attractive grounds, and oversee repairs across our communities. You will coordinate repairs, prep apartments for new residents, and manage compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires 2–5 years in multi-family maintenance, EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family housing environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications, plus a current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with computer skills such as Ops Technology and email.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Provide feedback to associates with the assistance of the Community Manager.
• Ensure community grounds are in good repair and provide a safe, attractive environment for residents.
• Inspect the community and grounds regularly and identify areas in need of repair.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate lawn service with approved vendors.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Attend required meetings and training programs.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
