Gables Library Square in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site team and maintain our luxury apartment community. You’ll oversee inspections, safety, and resident-facing service while coordinating with the General Manager.

You are a proactive leader with 3–5 years in apartment maintenance, EPA I/II, and CPO certification. You’ll manage budgets, vendors, and training to sustain excellence in service and upkeep.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance.
• EPA Certification Type I and II.
• CPO Certification.
• Supervise maintenance team and conduct inspections.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service operations for the community.
• Mentor and train on-site maintenance staff.
