Job summary

Mountain States Properties in Salt Lake City is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I to oversee daily maintenance across our Seasons at Library Square property. You will lead a team, coordinate with tenants, and ensure all systems stay current and functional.

Duties include plumbing, HVAC, pool care, roofing, and exterior/building repairs. The role requires hands-on work, reading blueprints, and following safety practices while managing on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPO certification preferred for pool care.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Experience in maintenance supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, water heaters, and gas valves.
• Perform landscaping, sprinkler system operation, and winterization.
• Repair roofing, flashing, gutters, and exterior lighting.
• Repair or replace doors, locks, and door hardware.
• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate with tenants.
• Lead safety and training of new maintenance technicians.
