Job summary

Gables Residential seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead service operations across our communities, directly supervising the maintenance team and coordinating with residents, associates, investors, and vendors.

You are a proactive leader with 3–5 years in apartment maintenance, EPA Type I & II certification, and a proven record of preventive maintenance, inspections, and budget-conscious purchasing.

Qualifications

• Supervise a maintenance team and complete building/annual unit inspections.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set expectations and deadlines.
• Implement preventive maintenance to minimize emergencies and repairs.
• Understand budget guidelines when purchasing supplies and scheduling vendor services.
• Provide mentorship and training to on-site service teams.
