Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to guide our on-site maintenance teams across communities.

You will oversee a team of maintenance personnel, schedule turns, and ensure apartment service requests are completed promptly while upholding the Wasatch standard of resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, EPA certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a resident-first

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification required or 3-5 years related experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, delegation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members.
• Schedule and complete turns.
• Respond to occupied apartment service requests promptly.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments and inspect move-in quality.
• Lead maintenance initiatives and uphold Wasatch standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and support team growth.
