Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and enhance resident retention.

The role supports the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with YARDI and MS Office; weekend/evening availability may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, and close sales.
• Process applications, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease docs.
• Maintain lease files and record traffic sources daily.
• Assist with community marketing and lead generation.
