Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run screenings, and prepare move-in packets to ensure a smooth lease signing.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with responsibility for daily leasing activities, reports, and offsite marketing to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, screenings, and lease signatures.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Maintain property appearance and safety and report malfunctions.
