Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare move-in packages for new residents.

You will also develop offsite marketing plans, analyze market trends, and enforce lease terms while maintaining property appearance and safety and supporting resident relations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; strong proficiency in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct tours, process applications and move-ins.
• Perform credit screening and background checks and prepare lease documents.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and lease renewals.
• Maintain property appearance and safety, handle tenant inquiries and issues.
