Responsibilities

• Generate and handle traffic; qualify prospects and lease apartments.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and weekly leasing reports.
• Communicate with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance; ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist with resident relations and respond promptly to requests.
