Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks and resident communication.
• Process lease applications and related addendums and accept rents and deposits.
• Complete all lease paperwork and related items.
• Inspect move-ins/move-outs and ensure unit cleanliness and readiness.
• Report maintenance needs and coordinate with staff.
