Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a part-time leasing specialist in Garland, TX to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. The role focuses on occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen for credit/background, prepare leases, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure a positive move-in experience. This position supports on-site marketing and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Marketing planning to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit & background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Execute and support renewal activities, including letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leases/renewals.
